A few people asked for post-shed pics of this guy, so here they are. It's going to be hard giving this guy back to Joejr14. I really like him. I even named him (Peter). :awcrap:

That's very generous, Joe. :grin01: Or maybe I'll borrow him for my "charcoal" female. ;)

Unacceptable!

Are you sure you'd want to know? It might be safer to remain blissfully ignorant... :grin01:

Is this really such a mystery? I have the POWAH! :grin01: Some people have green thumbs, and plants thrive for them; I have a scaly thumb, and snakes thrive for me. Despite the fact that I do not over-feed, power-feed, supplement, or employ any other tricks, 95% of the snakes in my care demonstrate extraordinary growth rates. Joe lives 25 minutes away from me now. If you lived that close, and if I was willing, would you let me take care of a few slow-growers that you had plans for? Sometimes I think I could make a business of it. I hope I don't sound arrogant-- I don't know what I do that makes the difference. But this is what I do:

1. Feed regularly (will submit "new" schedules, if requested).
2. Slit along the entire back of all f/t prey items.
3. Maintain decent gradient: warm side at 82-87, cool at 75-78.
4. Use The Mouse Factory exclusively (except for live).

:shrugs:

LOL, Barbara. I can't say that I wish I could've given you a more titillating explanation. :shrugs:

I am not angry, only dissapointed.... LOL, only trying to bash you for the jealousy about your growing records I think....
