Pretty little baby! Where did you get it?

I would leave him/her alone for a week, then offer a day old pinky. I would probably stick with meals on the smaller side, due to the neck kinks.

As long as he/she can eat, he/she should be ok.

Its our first breed were hoping it will be ok

So you prodiced this baby then?
Very pretty baby!
If it were me, if it seemed to function just fine, I would not cull it.

poor baby
i would not longer let it live... its sad, but in nature it would die too...

If the baby can function (no probs eating, etc) there is no reason the baby cannot be given a chance to live, and go to a suitable pet home, (if the breeder doesn't decide to keep it).

i don't understand why ?

DO we know exactly that the baby has no internal damages ?
we only can see a kink, but whats inside ?
a cornsnake cannot cry, what if it has some ache ?

And 'when' it eat and grow well (i don't belive that at all)... and the kink is growing off, who can say that anyone else want to breed with them and produce another kink babies.. ??(when the cornsnake will go to another owner some day - i dont want to piss at anybodies leg, but all is possible today so sorry that i'm thinking that)

I'm not ok with that, but everyone have to do what he belive's thats good...
For me there were no question in this...i know what to do in such a case

We have decided to give it a chance and see if it will feed, if it can't feed then its nature's way that its not meant to live and the decision is taken away from us.... if it does survive, which it's proving to be a little fighter considering we have lost 14 eggs and another baby. We will keep this as a pet and know it can't be bread, as being the first baby snske thats being produced

Not everyone who gets an animal will breed it.
There is a larger majority of people who keep them as pets, than those who will breed their animals. Even perfectly healthy animals that could be bred, are just pets.
While I get your sentiment, you don't have to be ok with it.
If the snake has internal problems, it is not going to thrive. It will be a chronic regurger, or won' eat, or won't grow, etc.

Glad to hear you are going to see how it does. :)
Please keep us posted!

We think our snake is double clutching, she not eating and shed a couple of days ago and is very active around the tank...
