I know a lot of people's snakes strike and coil their food in an aggressive manner. A friend of mine has a corn that will not eat unless you have tongs and shake the mouse in front of it's face. Has anyone had a snake that eats in a very casual way? My snake Rocky is very laid back when it comes to feeding. (Well, he's very laid back anyway!) He's about two feet and eats fuzzies. But I noticed that he just wants me to drop the thawed mouse in his feeding tub with him and he'll take care of the rest. Talk about self-sufficient! He just casually slithers up to it and opens his mouth and eats it.
