Largest Corn?

Just wondering what everyone's largest corn is? How long (in ft and inches) and how big around? Also anything else that may be related, like if it eats an abnormally sized food item like rats or something. Thanks guys!

Mine won't eat rats (I'm glad, as they're hard to find where I live) so I have to buy 'jumbo' - and I do mean jumbo - mice for him. I feed every two weeks if that, yet he still looks huge, anyone would think he's powerfed.

I have yet to measure him girth-wise, but at present he's a little bigger than me at 5'6" and counting.

My longest corn is 32", and is just over a year old. My other corn is about the same length--30" at last shed--but is almost twice as big around. They both get the same amount of food, though.

Mine is one inch shy of 4 ft. at this time, about 1 in. or so in diameter, and eating small rats every two weeks. I just bought him a 40gl. tank as the 30 seemed too small. Here's a picture of him exploring.

Practically! He's been very active lately, so I've just been opening the lid and letting him go where he wants (within reason of course). He can really grip I tell ya! He gets his body wedged over the top of the lightswitch plate and then across to the door and onto the bolt lock. He wrapped around the doorknob the other night and I thought he would give it a try too. He's a crackup!

I LOVE THE PICS, KEEP EM COMING! That snake is unreal!!!!!!!! You say its just under 4ft, the thing looks like a monster! And Tracee, I cant even imagine 5'6! That is so cool. What I liked best about that pic is the width of that snake, that is awesome. Corns thinness is what turns me off them, I love my little one, but I don't know, sometimes I just think a ball python would be nicer because of the thickness. Anyone else out there with monster corns?

My biggest is Treasure.. 52 inches at last measure! Hes as big around as a Canadian 2 dollar coin at least... prolly... 1.5 inches. Hes on jumbo mice ATM (30 gram plus) Can't buy f/t rats here ~,~

wow thats pretty big hehe :)

How old is he Tracee? Treasure is only around a year hehe =) Eats the biggest mice I can find hehe. Last weeks was 30 g... this weeks is a "mega" mouse hehe.. 41 g squeaker! (costs $6.95 a week to feed him ~.~)

My biggest girlie is (believe it or not only 4 years old) about 4½ feet long and 626g (weighed yesterday). She weighed 400g as a 3 year old and popped out 22 perfect eggs.

Okay, you huge snake owners, how about some pictures of the snake next to an item (soda can or dollar bill, maybe?) to show the scale of these guys? I'd love to see them! One doesn't often get to see pictures of such big corn snakes, and I think it would be great. :)

I can try hehe... but getting Treasure to sit still would be like covering yourself in honey and walking into a bears den and standing perfectly still while someone took a picture LOL.

Hrm.. maybe I can get a pic of his shed in a couple weeks! It sits still! LOL Now to figure out what to take a pic with.. no $1 in Canada =P And like I said 4 million times.. hes AROUND 1 year old.. the pet store said he was 3 months last February.. but for all I know, he could be 15 years old ~,~ When i got him, he was 11 inches long and had been fed only once at the store, a chinese hamster pink, 1 MONTH before I got him ~,~ Theres a nice pic of him eating in the photo section.. that white mouse was approximately 30 grams.

A CD case, perhaps? I don't know that measuring a shed is accurate, since they get stretched out. :)

I am curious though, how have you measured your snake this far?

This is true. Sheds stretch up to 30%. I also want to see the 52" yearling AND the 6 footer.
