Well, after Freyja's little escapee stunt, I've decided to hold off on taking her and Tai outside again until they're older. In the mean time, here's Tai the '07 Lava ph Sunkissed Snow on some rocks! :D

Thanks both! The pictures aren't the best I've done. (I actually kind of hated this shoot, I'm not even posting the ones I took of Freyja.) I'm thinking about taking the two of them outside anyways... *Drifts on into deep thought/sleep*
 
Thanks! Actually a male, but yeah. ^_^ He seriously looks like a lavamel in some of the pictures, which is why I stopped using the black rocks- they make it really very hard to capture those reds and purple borders. Scientifically I think that the lava has to be my favorite morph because there isn't really anything like it in any other species. I'll have to get a ventral shot sometime as well because what should be black checker are simply transluscent in the lava- it's incredible. Even some of the internal organs are visible in the right lights.
 
Very nice! I like the white rocks better than the black you used before. Like you said, it really brings out his colors better. My lava is my favorite too. His rich color just amazes me. Too bad your is a male too, they could've hooked up one day. LOL :) Great pics!
 
Yeah, I think I am probably going to stick with these. In real life he looks much more impressive on the black ones, but it just doesn't show quite right in the photos. I've decided I'm going to take him and Freyja outside later, so look out for some more pictures of them that I'll have in a 'Collection' thread. ;)
