Leo Gecko URGeNT advise needed.vet maybe?

Thank you tom, that's a really good suggestion.
I will phone him or pop in tomorrow, he's open on sunday.
I will take my mum, she's got abit more confidence than me so if he tries to pull wool over my eyes she'll jump on him "not literally LMAO"

I have just been really worried about this because Nanci is a loverly little character and I have got her set-up all nice. I really don't want anything to happen to her..

5 mealies is NOTHING for an adult leo George... they can eat 10-20 in one go (depending on the size)... And should be fed every other day.

Perhaps you aren't feeding her enough which is why she isn't pooping?

Actually, she has mealworms in a small bowl in her viv everyday. I count them and then check her tank to make sure none have escaped the bowl.
And then I count them to see if she has eaten any. For example:
She has had 4 meal worms in a small bowl for 2 days, she has eaten none.
there is still 4 in the bowl.

And I know it's not alot, but it's something, which is better than nothing.
If I could find his mobile number I would phone him now, b'cause it's really P'ed me off.

Why not give her things she wants to eat then? Get her cricks, yum yum!

Mealies aren't great in large numbers and deffinatley not as a staple diet, they can cause impaction due to their hard indigestible exo skeletons.

Good point Elle. I've never kept them, and don't have any clue what's the normal amount of food for these guys.
Maybe he just needs enough food to make a good poop, lol.

Well, I just added a pile more food in there, and took her hide away for 20mins.
I'm hoping she'll eat.
I tried her on crickets but she just wont go near them at all, and of course your not supposed to leave them in overnight because there bite is infectious :/
I will add a few in there now, but i'll take them out later.

I really hope she starts to eat, taking her back to the petstore would be a real bummer :/

If I'm not mistaken, these guys like to eat at night don't they? Why not leave some crickets over night, but with something in the cage that they would prefer to eat instead of the leo! Maybe a little chopped veggies and a small crust of bread?

Best thing to do with cricks is squish them a little. Not enough to kill them but enough to immobilize them so they are twitching but can't get up to move or bite the leo if left in too long. Leos are clumsy feeders, not too great at catching prey so that should help her catch them :)

Yeah you do *not* want to leave crickets in with a leo over night, they can hide and if the leo doesn't eat them all they can hurt the leo.

Well, I have made me room entirly dark and lets just hope she'll eat something... :/
I still don't know what to do, ask the shop keeper for my money back and buy another one from a different store that I know eats, or try with this little girl and risk getting stuck with vets bills, but still having the right to say "I" tried.

Thank you.
I have to put a clear mind before I become emotional.
The gecko was sold to me and I thought everything was okay. But she's hardly eating, shes not pooped, and she's got a lump.
I will take the leopard gecko in a travel container to the petstore and explain the situation. If he gives me my money back, I'll be sad that I had to return her. If he refuses to give me my money back I will have to take her to the vets and work overtime at work to pay for it.
