So i decided that because cornetto is alot bigger now, and my brothers corn Monty is growing fast, i wanted them to be buddies and maybe in the future more! :D
I cant wait to see what the future holds, they are not mega interested in each other yet, had a couple peeks at each other and a taste but thats about it, i hope to see them showing more interested in each other as time goes on :)
anywaaay, Monty is a male Snow Motley & Cornetto is a female Amel :) ENJOY! :wavey:

Very nice snakes, but just to make sure you know, corn snakes are solitary creatures, not really liking the company of others, even their own kind, unless it is for the purpose of reproduction, and then, the process is over with fairly quickly. And with the current size difference, you have to be careful that Cornetto doesn't take too much of an interest in Monty as a midnight snack. And if I'm reading their sizes correctly, it will be at least another year or two before they will actually be ready to breed.

Yeah I know don't worry, I am only having them together whilst I'm wagging, not leaving them along together especially with Monty being as small as he is, I've been told by someone who has done it themselves that if you introduce for a couple of hours every other day whilst they are young they will be fine, it's adults that are a bit more touchy meeting other cornsnakes for he first time, I have got a few friends who have had corns for years and have given me advice as how to go about it and all (there corns are male and female like my 2 and have been living together for 2 years now which is what I'm aiming for) i've done a shed load of research as I don't want anything to go wrong with obvious reasons hehe they seemed to not be bothered about the other at all! Just roamed around happy as can be :) they are both under a year old, Cornetto's birthday is November! :) thankyou for your concern though Susan, I can assure you I'm going about this with the upmost care and attention

behaving like they have always been together :) so comfortable with each others presence.. im a happy guy!
