I was just curious what is the longest you have ever had a snake on the loose and then found it. I have heard some crazy stories here and there on the forum so I was just curious. (And no my guy hasn't gotten out he is quite safe in his cage)

Six months from lost to found is my record, and she was thin but just fine. :)

2 hours for a houdini-corn.. but I did have a 3ft boa that managed to stay out of sight (behind the tank on the toilet of all places..) for almost 4 months. :bang:

I had one gone 3 1/2 mos.. same on that escaped from the Reptile Shop..
She must be a freaking houdini too

26 months, mexican black king, that appeared not to leave the houses

Well damn thats the record so far...He must have kept your house nice and mouse free :-D

no idea on the mice, i really dunno what she could have eaten.
i had her sibling sister, when i found the missing one she was the same size as when she went, and the sister was full grown.
there is a guy in England who claims he had a trans pecos (i think) that went for 5 years.. he is an honest guy, so i have no reasont o doubt him

lost a ball python once moved outta that house and 14 months later i'm sitten on the couch and outta the couch crawls harley. scared the sh*t outta me

had family friends as a kid that had a 4 foot python that got out when we were visiting and we could not find him for 3 days. We looked EVERYWHERE. We visited again about 6 months later and they had JUST found him. Inside a chair seat cushion in the guest bedroom. Some one sat down and it started to move SURPRISE

2 months and 70 miles away...woke up morning I was moving from st petersburg to brooksville, and my yearling boa was missing (she's a smaller species, so still very small at the time). I moved 70 miles away and could not find her anywhere...2 months later she re-appeared in my bedroom.
