I thought I would share this; a short, but accurate description of what Memorial Day should mean to people. I follow Spiritual Life Examiner rabbi Ben Kamin, and his stuff is usually thought-provoking.

I for one absolutely remember the souls lost.

Well, I give up. I've tried twice to write something that would express how unworthy I am of the sacrifices that so many made for me, and I can't seem to get it right. Words are just words. I never served. I just hope all those lost souls, along with all who loved them and wanted them to come home, are at peace.

You are worthy, and your words don't have to be perfect! As long as we respect and remember those who made the ultimate sacrifice, I think that's "right".

P.S. Got another boa yesterday; will get some photos ASAP. :)
