hi this is Molly. I haven't seen a snake quite like her in coloring. I know shes a motley stripe but very unsure about coloring.... any ideas

That is a motley. You might call that pattern "pinstripe motley." As a general rule, motleys (and stripes) have plain, checkerless bellies.

Motley/stripe refers to a motley patterned snake with one motley gene and one stripe gene. You have no way of knowing a motley/stripe snake has one of each gene unless you know the parents. You can't say so AT ALL because of the pinstripe pattern.
