About the last picture... I used to keep coconuts with my mice... until I found one mouse had stuck her head through and effectively hanged herself! I found her before she perished and with the aid of vegetable oil got her out... but she died.
I honestly do not know. I've not separated any pairs out in order to test the genes. I am going to be filling up another rack soon so I thought I'd do that with it. I am going to start by separating out several babies of the same color and start the new colonies. I figure that would be better than stressing out the adults.
