I was wondering if i should move my little girl up a size maybe peach or fuzzies because pinkies doesn't seem to be cutting it any more and they barely make any noticeable bulge in her. So should i move up and to what?
If that's the case then YES!!! You know your snake the best and if the bulge is nowhere to be seen between the time of feeding and 24 hours, I would definitely move the prey size up! How often do you feed her?
If u do not see a bulge in her belly by 24 hrs then yes. I was feeding my snake fuzzies at 3 months old b/c when I was feeding double pinks by 24 hrs the bulge was gone.
Fuzzies are gonna work fine. I don't have peach fuzzies available here, so I just went from pinks to fuzzies.
Prepare yourself- they are gonna look big. As long as they aren't more than 1 and 1/2 times the biggest part of your snake, it is fine.
