I love ball pythons. I dont have one, but I plan on getting one sometime in my life. The one you have is very pretty!

Thank you! and i forgot to add that she is an 2010 baby(atleast thats what they said) and is about 28" ^_^

i have 3 normal ball pythons and i have to say i love the back stripe on yours very very pretty!sometimes people forget the beauty of normals..they get to caught up in morphs!

Nice "black-back" BP! :) I have 9 BPs myself, and they're wonderful snakes... don't tell my corns, but I'd keep Pythons over Colubrids if I could only choose one.

If I had to choose in general, I'd be a colubrid-only keeper, but in specific I don't think I would EVER be willing to give up Marbles, my BP. He is SO sweet & gentle, and when he's in the mood to eat he is fun to feed.

I'd have to agree, i love colubrids with all my heart and the only thing stopping me from having a house full of snakes is my mom! haha but yeah i didnt know what kind of normal it was but now i know! :D

Marbles shed and is in a nice new skin. He is so iridescent! ~And~ he must have just been out of the blue phase at his last feeding but he slammed that rat. He's not wanted to eat at any point in the shedding process before.

quick question guys! i found one tick on it about a month ago and of corse i pulled it off but since then ive been very watchful of any others that it may have bred, etc. but i hadnt noticed if it had it at the pet shop i got it from but i just found it strange that that was the only one i found and when i crushed it, it spilled no blood. what do you guys think? and yes, i have checked all my other snakes and i roughly checked through his aspen and didnt find any traces of ticks so have you guys heard of a snake getting just one tick or are they like mites and fleas where the multiply like crazy?

Update photos of my ball python ^_^
Hope you enjoy
