Finally got the egg laying data keyed into my spreadsheet as of June 1:

TOTALS 4462 good eggs 559 slugs
COUNT = 310 clutches
AVERAGE = 14.39 good eggs per clutch
% fertile laid 88.87

Projected eggs = 5397 in 375 clutches


Something tells me that I'm going to be looking back on this last several weeks as being the good old days when I wasn't quite so busy...........
 
Are you going to post the spreadsheet like you have done previously? I can't remember, but I'd like to see what crosses you have. I can't wait for some pictures, Rich!
 
Last year I only posted raw numbers and did not divulge what types of genetics the animals bred contained. Such a thing would probably get me indundated with requests for some of he offspring and I'd be spending an inordinate amount of time telling people that many of the more interesting things are not for sale.

Plus I sometimes get some unique ideas, and no sense tipping my hand prematurely.
 
I understand. BTW, do you have any idea when you'll get around to the new price list? Isn't this usually the time? No pressure intended. I need to know how much to save up! :D
 
I've been waiting for some code from a guy helping with with some of my websites. This will allow me to put photo thumbnails on the cultivar pages and have them clickable to load the fullsized image right on the page. I just got this today, so hopefully I'll be working on it some tonight.

It's not at all unusual for me to get my latest price list out in June. No matter how much I want to get it out earlier, it seems.....

And I have to remember that I filed for an extension on my income taxes this year and HAVE to get that done before the egg hatching season begins. Got a LOT to do in the next month and a half.........
