My first attempt at breeding is successful. We have babies!!!

Thank you that is very nice to know. I am going to try your suggestions and I'll let you know if things aren't working. This baby is out pacing his container every night and looks perfectly healthy.

Nanci the baby ate tonight! I tried a few of those other things but finally just had to hand feed it. I decided to hand feed the other babies and they all just took the pinkies right from my fingers. So I tried dangling in front of the one who hasn't eaten yet and he kept getting in the strike position but retreating so I bumped it under his chin and he still retreated without striking but he was getting pretty riled up. So I picked him up and he latched onto my *cough* chest skin... after that I just held him right behind the head and just touched the pinkie to his nose and he opened right up and grabbed it. I put him back in his cage and watched him while he swallowed the whole thing.

I'm so relieved he finally ate. Hopefully next time he will take it on his own.

And fed them all again... one baby is going to a new home on Sunday. Im keeping the difficult feeder for now because I'm having to hand feed her each time... and she's the only female.
