So my baby corn regurged her meal yesterday, seemed like for some reason this time she had slightly a hard time getting it down so that might have been the issue. with my research on this i see people wait 11 days to try again to allow the snake to recoup from the stress of it. Well she is already out and about exploring and being active, should i still wait.

You absolutely need to wait a minimum of 11 days before offering her food again. And do NOT give her a whole prey item as a first meal after this. If she is on pinkies, I would only give her a head of one, then wait another 10 days or so before feeding the rest.
