I would actually say that most amels (amelanistics) I see are more orange. It is hard to tell creamsicles from Amelanistics sometimes however creamsickles should have more of a yellowish orange to them than amels. You've got a beautiful little MOTLEY amelanistic which I think are really cool.
So your snake is actually Motley Amel het butter. Butters are beautiful yellow snakes that yet yellower as they mature. If you ever want to try breeding him, I would recommend purchasing a female butter motley. That way, half of the hatchlings should come out looking like motley butters, and the other half will look like motley amels!
