i got her from a guy owns a shop out of largo Florida. i also had another question i have Elvira in a 10 gal reg tank. but i also bought a 20 gal repti tank because was a good deal and figured why not going to need it some time. would it be ok for the baby corn to be in 20 gal repti tank or is that to big?
Congrates on the new baby! She's adorable. It would be fine to put her in the 20 gallon now, just make sure to have a lot of ground cover and quite a few hides so she feels secure.
thank you. i have to buy few more hides and such for the tank before she goes in the big one. i got some good deals on bedding got a 4.5ft cubic block of compressed aspen bedding for $15 bag will last me such a long time and got some good deals on frozen mice. (only wish i had more money saved to spend lol) oh well always next year
Can anyone tell me if the pink tint in the snake will stay or will it go away? Idk if she just has a lot of pink to her becouse she is a baby. So any info will be helpfull.
It will more than likely change as she grows. With each shed their colors change a lot, so it is possible that the pink will gray out....or even go more yellowish. Hard to say, only time will tell.
I saw that group of hatchlings and even chatted with the guy selling them and I *think* they should have been listed as possible hets, as he said the Sunkissed gene shows up sometimes. I just didn't get a convincing answer about the project.
