So, I promised myself, CORN SNAKE only.. 4 corn snakes later i come home with a beautiful female 2 month old spider ball python.. something i said i'd never get, and already, she has become my favourite snake (personality wise). I don't like to play favourites and i love all my snakes, but personality wise, she is amazing, she interacts with me and likes to watch me and crawl around on me, where my corn snakes are still at that tender age where they just wanna bolt away from me, and not really interact. but i'm sure they will eventually become more calm :p

anyways here's my baby! sorry for poor photo quality, friends camera was dying so he had to shoot quick!

here's my newest baby:

Cute! I like them- I just don't need to own one. I wonder if they can move fast if they want to!

well my buddy has 3 and i have 1, and from what i see, their pretty chill, when given the chance to move freely and escape they just slowly slither over, however, my girl got kind of antsy on the couch, i dunno if it was the material or something but she kept trying to crawl back onto me and get off the couch lol

Ooooo.... purdy! I love spider balls. Does she wobble much? My fav ball morphs (so far) are definitely the pieds, followed by the various "bee" morphs.

I gotta tell ya that my plain ol' normal BP girl is probably my fav snake due to her chill personality. At least my favorite to hold and watch tv with. Maybe BPs have that effect on people? I've heard their personalities described as "boring". I prefer to think of them as "mellow" :).

Ohhhhh JEALOUS!!!

She is gorgeous! My all time favorite morph is the Mojave's....ohhhh my heart melts when I see them!

I looooove spiders! We already have two normals but I certainly wouldn't mind a spider :D My friend might actually be breeding some, I'll have to get in touch with him when he has babies!!

I did notice her wobbling a little bit but i think that was cause it was her first time in her feeding bin, and she was exploring and trying to find a way out and such.

I can see how they can be considered boring.. but that's what i like about them, i like that i dont have to watch it like a hawk, and i like how she interacts, she will look at me and crawl up and touch my face, and if she sees something new (ex.) my cell phone, she goes up and touches it with her nose, and crawls on it lol.

my favourite so far is the spider, just because i think she's beautiful, my buddy got a pastel male roughly the same age, so there may be bumble bee's in the future :)

Congrats on the new addition! Good looking BP!
Ball pythons are what inspired me to get a Rosy boa. I loved the personality of the baby BP I snake sat, but didn't want a snake that gets as big as a BP. The desert Rosy fits the bill pretty good, has that mellow attitude. Might not have quite the personality of the BP, but close enough. I think Spiders or any of the "Bee" morphs are my favorites.

Depends on the locale & the gender, females are a bit bigger than the males, Coastal's are the largest locale. They can get to 4', but the Baja & Desert males usually stay around 2'.

Very nice.. I always liked the patterns on the spiders.. Of course I also love the pins and mojaves.. and the pieds.. Oh heck, I'll just take one of each!

Real nice spider. :D

BPs are SOOO much more chilled than even the chilliest of corns. I love mine to death. :D

My mojo girl still wants to eat my face though. I'll give her a break since she is only a few weeks old and I have only handled her a couple of times. :D

yeah i love her :) haha, i didn't even want a bp, but i saw her, and i knew right away i had to have her. my friend i was with was mad because he wanted to get her but he didnt have enough money :p so i snagged her! MUHAHA
