My new normal

Awww! He is cute. Maybe you should hold onto him a bit and not let him go so far when your outside.

Do you have a website of the person you got him from?

Hey guy's, i have a few questions for you.. first of all after his last shed i've noticed some weird patterns both on his belly and on his saddles. The checkers on the belly have little white spots, and some brown color on the white parts. Let me know what you think.

thanks guys :)

First ill show you the saddles..

Mike,
Corn snakes go through a drastic coloration as they get older. They will get darker or just seem to change color before your eyes. This looks normal for a normal.
This snake is going to get more yellow between the saddles as he grows.

Have a great time tonight and Be safe..

hows that ball doing for you as well?

ESCAPE!

well my little guy escaped from his cage on saturday, right after feeding. But today when i was watching tv in my room i heard a weird noise that same from my speakers... i looked in one of the holes and i saw my corn! i tried getting him to come out using a mouse, he stole one from me and he ripped one in half so i figured that wouldnt work so i went to more drastic measures.. :devil01: :crazy02:

Here's a before picture...

My mom thought she would never see that little guy again, and my sister refused to sleep in her room while the snake was on the loose! (her room is right next to mine upstairs) needless to say, they are both glad the snake is back :)

Hey Rick. Your little guy is so cute, you're making me excited about my new babies that will be pipping soon, which should include some normals (that I plan on keeping one of since I don't have a normal yet).
And your girlfriend looks like she's doing the same thing I try to do when I have my boyfriend take pics of my and my snakeys; kiss them. Mine never turn out to my liking though.
Well, thanks for getting me excited about having normal pippies. I'v never thought they were that interesting looking, but yours has really nice colors.

He's so funny, Rick. Maybe he was trying to give you a Father's Day present by constricting for you, since you're his human daddy. Ha ha.

Aren't they so silly when they constrict? Like the mouse isn't dead enough already and you didn't just feed them like "two minutes" before. The little hogs. I mean, I get it when the mom's who just laid eggs do it. They must be famished. I would know. I remember the morning after I delivered my daughter; I was starved. All I could think about was a Big Mac from McDonalds. So my brother in-law went and got one for me, then proceeded to videotape me eating it, complete with "moi, moi, moi" chewing sounds (from him) in the background! What a brat!............As I divert........
But the corns who do it when you just fed them five, or even three days before are so funny.
You're little guy still looks cute. Does this mean that the new viv is working out well and you've had no more escapes into speakers? (Think of it this way; maybe he was just appreciating the music you listen to when he decided to hang out there for a while!)
