I'm sorta thinking his hides are too big espechally the right log one haha


the right side says 75 on the outside and 73 on the inside of the log. i'm shocked he is hanging out outside of his hides. he's so bold! sure picked the right name

i'm worryed about him a little bit because it seems like he's going from side to side a lot and i don't want it to make him unhealthy by having to move when he's wanting to sleep. that would make me angry

I took video with the night shot and i forgot about the IR beam i hope it didn't hurt him but i know i flashed him once good with it because he got MAD.

do snakes mind or can it hurt them with reg digi cam flash btw?


How do i handle him when it's been 5 days? I mean he hasn't ate yet and it's been 5 days for him Don at SMR said and my mice wont be here till the 2nd of may.


please advise if needed

IS the UV light bad for my snake at all? I REALLY need to know in about 15 min's

it's 8:33 pm now and i gotta get rdy for work at 9 pm then leave


my house temp is around 70 degree's so please let me know


btw on the hot side it says the air temp is 75 and the cold side says 72 inside the hide

inside the hide on the hot side it says 85 so the outside of the hot side is 75 air temp


please advise as i'm really worryed about all of this. i don't wanna kill him he's great and i feel VERY responsible for his life.
 
Do you not have a UTH yet? If not, and you need the light for heat for now, it isn't going to hurt him.

i have a UTH for the left hot side. i'm just worryed about the right side getting too cold LOL
 
ps the left side is oddly at 75 on the outside of the rock hide even with the UTH under the rock hide.
 
Oh, I wouldn't worry about that, as long as it doesn't get lower than 60. I have my furnace set to come on at 65, but I think that's conservative.
