My temps dropped last nite.... is this ok

Hey all,
Ok i got up tis morning and my temps dropped a nice bit. The cool side was 66 and the warm side was 77. Is this ok. Should I be worried. They are back up to normal now but if they drop like that durnig the nite should i be worried. Please help/.
 
I don't think that's too cold. Why's it dropping so much, though? Did you get a thermostat yet? If it continues to drop, you might have to cover the lid with a towel or something at night to keep the heat in.

Its my own fault really. I use a 100 watt infra red bulb. And now that it is gettin warmer i switched to a 50 watt infra red bulb. Guess im gonna have to use my 50 during the day and my 100 during the nite. whew. i was worried that i let the temps drop to far. I was in panic mode tis mornin. I was checkin on him. feeling the temps with my hands. <even though i have 4 thermostates in my tank> and everything. but WHEW, tks nanci.
 
The only thing you have to worry about with (mildly) dropping temps is if the snake is digesting, if he gets too cold to digest. But as long as your warm side doesn't go below 75F, I personally wouldn't worry, though I'd be figuring out a way to stop that from happening.

Thats way i was so worried. I fed Anubis sunday nite. so his 48 hrs isnt' up until 8:30 pm tonite. but i will switch bulbs during the nite.

Lucky you. My pet shop dont' have regulators and etc. And there isnt' another pet shop around. And the one i deal with is 2 hrs away <both ways> I am thinkin bout openin up a pet shop. Still trying to decide if that is the kind of business i wanna start up. My house is already startin to look like a zoo. lmao
