My Tinley Additions

Bird Nerd
Ive lived in IL most of my life and this was the first year I got to experience Tinley! I was missing out! There were so many tables, too many ball pythons, but some great things to see. I went there also to pick up my bairds from a breeding loan and to get a lava okeetee from Danny Wynne at RyLi's Corns.

Meet Icarus, a 2011 lava okeetee possible het opal stripe. Of course he would be in blue and Im still waiting for him to shed! This is the only picture I snapped of him before leaving him in peace.

I was doing pretty good on Saturday, having resisted temptation. Until I went into a hotel room filled with corns that were not on display at the show. I picked up this lovely girl and just could not put her down. Meet Tethys, a 2007 normal motley het amel, hypo, caramel, and diffuse (Hypo Sulfur). She will be perfect to prove out a couple of my males. But, I also have to prove her out to determine if shes homo diffuse. She has been proven at least het. So she has a date with my bloodred male next year. If you look closely, she has a perfect motley pattern!

It was so hard not to come home with anything else! :p

Angela fess up you missed a few others than you picked up in the shady hotel room wheeling and dealing session. I remember a cute little sulphur hatchling....

Terri

Terri, I ended up putting that little guy back after I saw Tethys. I kinda regret it now though, he was such a handsome little guy!
