Mmmm BEER.
I was given a charcoal female corn that weight 900 grams from a friend that had to move and couldn't take it with her. it shed 1 month ago and is in blue again.
it has not eaten for me yet due to changing it from live to f/t. its in perfect health proper temps. is there a chance its going to lay slugs? a month between sheds seems short for an adult.
Any advice would be great :shrugs:
 
at 900 grams she is a big snake and defiantly more then full grown. Do you have a picture of her? If she is that heavy and short she may be a little obese. As for slugs I am not sure although a picture may help plus when handling her do you notice any obvious bulges?
 
no bulges and she is 4' 6". she going on a diet once i get her eating f/t. id put a pic up but my camera wont freaking work..... my friend never had any issues and it had a clean bill of health before i took it home. It seems weird that its going to shed again so soon?
 
I must have weird corns as most of my adults shed roughly once a month, so I don't think there is anything unusual about it.

so once a month is normal then? I have been told every 3 to 4 months is normal?
as long as it stays healthy im happy
