Taste the Rainbow
Just before leaving Ohio to move to California, I made a trip to visit my favorite breeder Kyle (ForkedTung) or Buckeye River Reptiles. I had originally planned last year of putting together my final breeding project, but since his clutches all went sour I had to put things on hold until this year. And I must say, I'm SO glad I was patient because his babies were definitely worth the wait!!
I originally planned to leave with only two babies, but ended up with four. (He had so many babies to choose from it made it so hard just to stop at that. Lol.)
So here are the babies for my Amel, Charcoal, Bloodred, Pied Project! I plan to start progression threads on them all too once I get some more photos.
First off is Serkan! His name is Turkish literally meaning "blood head" but also means "of noble blood." He has some wicked looking pied going on, especially up by his neck. I can't wait to see what he produces.
Next is Zuri. Her names means "beautiful" in Swahili. I love her name because even though she is a "normal" she still has stunning colors (and some funky spots in her pattern).
Will continue in the next post..
