Hi there,
I'm having a bit of trouble seeing in the photo, are the kinks actually in her tail (after the vent) or just far back in her body (in front of the vent)? If they're actually in her tail proper, then I see no reason why it should affect her at all; there's not much going on in snake tails, especially not in females, that could be negatively affected.
If it is in front of the vent, then it's more of a 'wait and see' kind of thing. Some young corns 'grow out of' kinks and they become only faintly visible in later life, apparently not affecting their quality of life. These kinks don't look too bad to me so she might be fine. I absolutely wouldn't breed a corn with kinks though; it's not clear if there's a genetic component to kinking (it's mostly thought to be due to environmental problems in development, as I understand), but I personally wouldn't risk it, and if the kinks are in her body, they might interfere with laying and cause egg-binding. If they're in her tail though, they shouldn't affect reproduction.
Hope this helps!
