3600 gram!!! That's more than all my hatchlings together weigh.:eek1: Be happy you live on the other side of the pond because I'd be tempted to steal the little guy. I wish you could send that new baby smell along with the piggy toes pictures. Congrats! Your a lucky lady and I'm glad all worked out well for Mom as well.

Just thought I'd post a little update for anyone still interested
Emma and baby were discharged from hospital this afternoon, with a completely clean bill of health!!! They are now safely at home, spending their first night together with Daddy as a family!!!
Emma and Lenny both send their thanks for all the congratulations and well wishes, they really appreciate the fact that you all care that much
Me, I'm just amazed my baby has recovered so well, I was expecting her to be in hospital for at least a few days, but the Docs were so pleased with her progress they saw no reason to keep her in, so she and baby are at home with Daddy and that makes me very happy!!!
Thank you again everyone for all the good wishes, I will get around to rep, but apparently I've given out too much in the last 24 hours, yada yada yada

In the Philippines, though, to tickle the feet is to make babies "pang a lo" (sp?), or "trouble-makers". So, admire, but don't tickle! LOL!

DYK the only way to get Emma to sleep as a baby, would be to tickle/stroke her feet and believe it or not she has never been a "trouble maker" LOL! Come to think of it, I think we were blessed with both our children!
