Hi Everyone! My name is Brandy, I was directed to this forum thanks to a person on a different forum I go to. We just got our first corn snake 2 weeks ago. Too young yet to know the sex, just a baby snow corn. Technically the snake belongs to my 14 yr old son, but in reality myself and my 13 year old daughter take care of it the most. I bought it knowing that would be the case, and so the tank stays in the livingroom with the rest of our mini reptile zoo. I also have been talking with a breeder about the possibility of a lavender corn once his hatchlings emerge and we can see what's what. I would LOVE to have a lavender corn.
I am still learning new things everyday about the best way to care for corns. For now it is in a 12x12x36 exo terra, because it is so tiny yet that size will work for a while and then we will be going larger when needed. There will be many more options as far as designing the inside once we upgrade than now in this tank but he/she seems happy enough in there.
Anyway, I look forward to perusing the board here and learning all I can about corn snakes
