Now THAT's what I'm talking about! Very nice! I like the wall with no windows...I did the exact same thing when I built my building....comes out very handy for racks!

Fill it with good stuff!

Wow, that's SO nice!!! Are you going to insulate the walls?? It's just gorgeous. Will it have water? I would have so much fun finishing that off as a snake building...

Beautiful Rob- How big is it? Huge... you'll be able to fit a TON of animals in there...

I'm still putting the finishing touches on my 2nd building... I gutted KJ's older/large building and refinished everything (re-ran all the wiring...built in a 2nd room... flooring...insulation... ceiling...doors...new a/c units..etc.). It's a ton of work but well worth it!

I'm soooo jealous! Congrats!

Your friend,
Graham

It's going to have all the Fixin's.Insulated, sheetrock, large sink. We think we can get just about all of the adults in that building plus some babies in the summer.
Then we will move babies in the other building and shut this one down for brumation in the winter.
Thanks Rob

This one is 16 x 40. The other will be a 12 x 32.
Can't wait to get it finshed and get over to the new house lol.
I have a guy hired that will help me knock this out quickly i hope.
Talk with you later ROB

Cost of building?

Just wondering how much one that size cost....if you don't mind me asking! :spinner:

Thanks
Todd

Wow, and here I impressed that I had a snake room finally ~LOL~ That is awesome! Can't wait to see it completed. So, you said the building just arrived, so it was all pre-made and they just set it down. That is crazy to me.

As I understand it from Rob it comes on skids and anchors are drilled into the ground with metal straps attached to the anchors. Those black things in between the blocks are the anchors. Rob said it will withstand 160 mph winds.
Great building Rob let me know when the snakes are all moved in and just leave a key under the mat.

John pretty much summed it up.It arrives just as you see it.
The set the building the level it and then put in the anchors.
This one is the 16 x 40 which is around $13,500
The other one that will be arriving is a 12 x 32.They are aroung $7,000 and change.

DYK, hadn't thought about that. Interesting.

I had noticed the big "G". I figured it was for 'good luck'.

Really nice! I could probably live in something that size, actually one of my first apartments had only 8 more square feet. Mind if I move in?
