New Temp Home

Well after everyones advise to seperate my two corns, initally just because they should not be housed together. Then also because we are prity darn sure the amel (formerly Dan now Diane) is actualy female and gravid and not a male I have got His moved to his own home. So he is in a temp home of large sized rubermaid container till we get the double stack built which will eventualy house Duke and my striped amel i am getting this summer. I snaped a quick pic of his home this morning to show everyone. It is also heated with a heatpad controlled by a home made reostat rather then a heat lamp. I will switch Diane to a heat mat prob in a week or two as i will have to order a heat pad for her tank since the store doesn't carry them for a 50 gal. So here is first of all a picture of Duke's new home.

for Duke atm its just strit repti bark for diane is a mixture of repti bark and coconut fiber to give it a more earthy look

For me i like them to look nice as well as be functional. I am building a 2 stack viv similar in looks to this one but only two and they will sit on a stand for the boys as soon as we have a place to build the new one.
