hello everyone...just got my corn a week ago, got him from a breeder...beautiful butter motley, male...hes doing great, slamming down pinks no problem. Hes 4 months old and weighs 17.7g and was wondering if that was around average weight for his age? ill post pics after he sheds...still thinking about what i should name him..

Hello and Welcome, SerpentServant!

I think your butter boy sounds like a good weight. When I got my little female in (she hatched on July 9th, 2010), she weighed 11 grams upon delivery. Mind you she intentionally was not fed for one week before shipping.

Actually, ButterBoy is a kinda' fun name! Maybe your next snake might be "JiffyPop", LOL

Mine weighed 29 grams after I had him 4 months, but I don't know how old he was when I got him. He was 6 grams and 13" when I got him.

Any of you CT guys want some mice?! LoL. I have a whole damn freezer full with no snakes!
