Looks like a striped tessera to meeee!!!... but I could totally be wrong because I know almost nothing about tesseras!

Could be hypo too because I'm not seeing much black? But again don't trust me 100%

Yeah, he is a tessera for sure. I don't know about stripe though, I haven't seen enough to tell!
 
Before I read anything, my first thought was Tessera, and then, if not Tessera, perfect pinstripe motley (the central stripe is too narrow for a genetic stripe).

With the information given- Tessera Stripe. Normal.
