That snake is wild! I've also heard the extreme pink and green snows referred to as "Watermelon" corns. How old?

We will have to trade some stock Steve. Sorry for the blurry pic.

Carol and/or stephen,
Would either of you happen to have a pic of your green and pink snows as hatchlings? I have recently come across a yearling (very small for his size) that is super pink compared to anything I have seen as a hatchling. The pink is about the same shade as on your p/g snow carol.

Problem is he's small enough that he's not much bigger than a good sized 2-3 month old (Wasn't being fed too well!), and don't really have an indication of what the 'white' areas should look like yet. I'm hoping he develops into something really nice . . . if nothing else he should at least be a really nice and pink adult snow.

Just double checked my records, and believe it or not he's an '02 snake!! Anyway, he's not that big, and obviously doesn't have yellow developing yet, etc.

wow...
all those phtoos are great!!
stephen, I love both of them. The real pink one is realy an eye catcher and as for the first one the patterns and mix and match colorations is simply amazing!!!

carol,

yours is also amazing!
Its been a very long time since I have seen snows that attractive!

Awesome snakes, guys!

And Drizzt, have you ever given thought that maybe that "snow" is actually a hypo lavender? The pinks and purples on him are beautiful.

Although he does have the "double-dot feature" on his saddles, something I've noticed quite a bit in Anery A morphs.

If he ever needs a new home, lemme know. =)

Taceas,
Personally I think the odds of this snake being hypo lav are pretty slim, but hey it could happen! I picked him up because of his gorgeous pink/purples lurking in the background. I wasn't really looking for another snake at this time, especially a male, but you're right, he really stood out. Want to see what he develops into. Other than pics, I haven't seen the 'strawberry' snows (?) or p/g snows as hatchlings, and am looking for some input from others.

Wouldn't it be great though if it was a hypo lav?
