Pet store finds ....

Just thought that I would share a few pics of this beautiful little boa I found in the pet store that I go buy feeder crickets from. I go to the pet store every monday with my son to get crickets for his little frog tank I have set up for him. About three weeks ago I was there, Normally I dont even look at the reptiles cause I always get pissed at the poor conditions that they keep them in and they always have the same old thing anyways. So Im at the register paying for my feeders and at the corner of the counter theres a 15 quart tub with a snake in it. I ask the guy at the counter about it and the guy says that the snake was brought in by some kid and that the snake was very mean. He also tells me that it doesnt want to eat and that all it does is strike at everything that moves in front of it. He goes on to tell me " give me $30 bucks and you can take it, cause I dont know what to do with it". I bring the boa home , set it in a nice big tub some clean water and fresh bedding. three weeks later the boa is as calm as can be and after a fresh shed shes looking very nice ...........Anyways kinda long story, just wanted to see if anyone else has had any good pet store finds ......

That is a great petstore find, it's goregous! I wish I could find one like that here.

The only petstore around here is Petsmart and all they have is Leopard Geckos, Anoles, frogs, Water Dragon, and normal BPs and that never changes. But I did go to a petstore up the road and found a Blizzard Leopard gecko. I also bought a corn from Corny Noob who got it from MerlinsPop who found him in a petstore.
