This is the one Pewter that hatched out of my Bloodred clutch. Looks darker than the other pics. of hatchlings I've seen. Probably just my camera.
 
I think there are just variations in them like every other corn snake cultivar. I have an entire clutch of them that ALL look very dark. Then every once in a while I get a couple that have almost white looking sidewalls.

Yes I would think that it's a bit dark too....but it's also very nice! Either dark or light phase pewters they are just great looking snakes!
