Hi everyone! Just got back from NERD (New England Reptile Distributors) www.newenglandreptile.com, for those interested... It's owned by Kevin Mcurley, who created/discovered many, many, many of the BP morphs out there...

Anyway, I met up with Tim66/corns and we took the tour of the facilities: enjoy!!

above is a coral glow bumble bee- it was such a beautiful snake!!

It was a huuuuuuge water monitor (that's what the tour guy said...) but I know absolutely nothing about monitors so he could have been pulling my leg! I'm pretty sure he said that all of their monitors were water monitors.
 
What an awesome trip that must've been! I'm so jealous of you New Englanders that get to go there any time. I'm super impressed with those videos.
 
Great pictures. I don't have much experience with boids, but that looks like a great place to visit. The baby gator/croc with the mouse in his mouth is just hilarious to me. And so is the picture of all the beardies. Lizards just make me laugh.
 
Those were amazing pictures and videos. The guy sure seemed to be taking chances with those venomous snakes. It looks like you guys had a great time. Thanks for sharing them with us.

That makes more sense. From that angle he almost looked Komodo Dragony...hehehe. But, my eyes are also very tired. Either way... CUTE!
 
'Bout time you made it there McKenna. Kevin has a great facility upsatirs doesn't he? Did you see Mike there and was he the one who gave you the tour? I am glad you had a good time. Although, it might have been nice if you had told someone you were going. PJ and I could have met up with you as well. We will have to do it sometime soon. I never tire of N.E.R.D. or Zoo Creatures.

Oh Jay... I wish you two could have made it

I did make a thread here the other day asking if any N.E.'ers wanted to come to NERD but I guess I didn't give it enough time- nobody replied!! :)

Next time- I'll send you a PM so that we can meet up there!!

I'm not sure the guys name that gave us the tour- but it was actually a younger guy (he's in the videos)...
