Pink the Blizzard

... They crack me up!

Me too! :D

Quite Striking little gem! Is it the lighting or is she getting some yellow on the neck?:shrugs: Congrats!:)

I think she might be getting a little yellow, I do have weird lighting in my room, between daylight bulbs over the frogs and reef lighting over my aquarium... but I used flash. You'd think that the flash would cancel out the ambient light in the room.

What a poser!! Haha grt pics! :)

Thanks! She is absolutely a poser. After one very short strike she just curls up and looks mean. :grin01:

Look at her! None of my snakes have ever done that! She's just adorable. Still.

Nanci

Thanks! She is the only one of mine that does it. She rattles her tail a lot too.

I had a couple of candy canes from Kathy Love about 12 years ago that struck a lot as hatchlings but NEVER posed like that.

Pink actually sat in that coiled up position for about 5 minutes while I went and snapped off a few pictures and pointed my finger at her a bit. :D

Nice corn! :D So when you're conditioning it to accept handling, you just let them bite you all they want?

Pink shed today so her are some shots of her looking cranky...

This shot is just surreal. Head on, and so ready to strike that she looks like she'll tip over. Well done!

regards,
jazz

Such a Cutie! Have you noticed after a couple sheds is she losing the pink blushing, or gaining any? Peek, My '06 keeps getting paler with every shed and wish she'd keep some of that pink glow..
Very pretty, give us new pics soon!

Yup she is getting paler, she was bright pink at first now she is much more muted. Today is feeding day and I will take a new shot of her when I do.
