I would not be that harsh, i'am sure he really is a great guy, but telling all the "NewComers" to search does get a little annoying, anyways this is one of my "old/dead/unwanted" threads that i have requested to be locked, just waiting for the admin to come out, :p

:roflmao: We didn't ask you. You've been here less than a month, and jazzgeek/Dale has been here for over two years. What do you know about what is or isn't tolerated here? Who appointed you as judge anyway? Dale has been a regular and valuable participant here for quite some time. Maybe we can revisit the topic when we can say the same for you. :rolleyes:
 
Yea, i mean i'am all for new-comers, i'am still one myself, and not to brag but i'am probably the most know newcomer in CS.com :p but thats because i'am a pain, back on topic, jazz, well.. he is funny, he posts good things, yea me and him have had are ups and downs "like me and the rest of the community :p" but if you just look around, this is there home, without roy, i would not be able to good all them long words he wrights, without nanci my snake would probably have a bad owner who knows nothing, without jazz i would not be able to annoy him with my "regards" thing, and everyone else plays a part too, now i recremend not to join the forum and do what i did, make enermys, because one day you will realize you and this forum will not be able to get on if you dont acsept all of its members :)

You know what they used to say on the cave diving exploration mailing list, back in the days before forums? Take the cotton out of your ears and put it in your mouth.

Some people come on here and ask a million specific questions. That bothers some people, it doesn't bother other people. What _I_ don't like is when someone comes here and says "Tell me _everything_ I need to know to keep a corn snake." Um, buy a book, and come back with any unanswered questions you still have?

And on the subject of moist hides- if your humidity is correct, you may not _need_ one, but once you see how much your snake loves it- then you might like to provide him with one. I'm sure Choco could get along just fine without his, but he's in and out of it every single day, and when he goes to shed- he goes in there for eight to ten days at a time. Maizey, too, though she doesn't get to keep hers unless she's shedding. Maybe to them it just feels like the right place to be with that itchy skin. I live in Florida- no humidity problems here...

Dizzy, please stop worrying about what other members think about you and stop trying to be better than everyone else.....your not. Posting a ton of meaningless questions is not going to earn you any respect when the answers are easy to find without posting, this isn't runescape and your not going to "own" anyone ;).

Really man, just be quiet, and use the resources you have at your disposal before asking questions. This is probably the single largest collection of cornsnake knowledge on the internet, and chances are you're going to find the answer to most of your questions by doing a simple search. If you don't find the answer after searching, then you can post a thread. But think about it - The older members have to deal with new members like yourself all the time, always asking the same questions over and over and over again because they don't use the search function. You know that if you were in their position, you'd be pretty irritated too.

And honestly, you've already rubbed a lot of members the wrong way. Logically, shouldn't you just keep quiet for a while? You don't seem to understand when to stop.

Sorry, did i blink and they made you admin? you cant tell me to be "quiet for a while, Logically, i have friends here, not many but some, and i do enjoy posting, so no i wont be quiet for a while and if it gets me banned then ill go down with pride!

I didn't tell you to do anything, nor am I assuming any position of authority. It was just a suggestion - one that I think you should take seriously.

Also, if you get banned, you'll go down with nothing to be proud of.

Well, Well, Well, School Dosent Start for a week, And i dont want to get banned, i have OCD, and I have never ever, ever, been banned from a forum, my fear is that i annoy so many people the admin will see this and think we need rid of him, also i have decided to ignor my little break away, i think i was just a little mad, now i have calmed down i feel as tho i can still come on here.
