Well, she looks happy! I'm sort of surprised there is such a scar. I hope she is being a very grateful pet!!

The vet said to expect it...snakes don't heal quite like us, heh? He's a friend of mine, he has seen her several times since and has had nothin' but good things to say.

Does she shed right over that area, or do you have to help her?

Well, as you can see from the old pics, when the scars were much larger...so were the shed remains. I helped her a little at first, but the vet recommended to pretty much leave the scars alone. And as her scars have gotten smaller, so have the shed remains. The upper most scars are still larger than the ones near her tail. Good question!
