Wow. I just got back from the pet store. As I was looking through the female mouse cage I saw a pregnant female mouse. I looked at all the mice and noticed there we 3 male hoppers in the cage. Obviously the person that sorted the mice made a mistake. I then informed one of the personell and they replaced them back in the male cage. I then asked if it was possible to buy a pregnant female at the same price. When they told me I could purchase this pregnant female mouse I then told them I would take her.

So now I have my pregnant female and shes all at home in her new Clean cage. and I'm expecting baby mice within a week or two. And am I ever happy. :D
 
Congrats!

Although, if she is very noticeably pregnant (as if she is smuggling a golf ball) you may see babies before you think!

Oh well shes almost to the golfball size. I checked to see (feeling her belly) they are moving slightly which is good. Well then again I guess it's a good thing my b/f's mother is a vet tech. My father found out about her and said already he wants the pick of the litter :p. and thanks Quigs

Wow. Well it seems I was positivly wrong on the due date. My lil mouse gave birth i'm guessing a few hours ago or so. I was half asleep and I heard squeecking and i jumped out of bed to look at my pregnant mouse and what do I fin d outher then littlep inmk jelly beans right under her. Gave me a shock though. I for sure count at least 6 moving but i'm not sure yet. I'm going to leave them alone though.
 
ok ok ok. a lot of spelling mistakes. My bad. half asleep and full excited. here 's that it should say...well this part... what do I fin d outher then littlep inmk jelly beans....what do I find other then little pink jelly beans.
 
Yes I'm thinking the same thing. But I need to sex them I'm going to be keeping at least 2 females. but they are all so cute. I cursed her when i woke up for having htem without me....but I forgave her and said that its not her fault. I know I may sound weird talking to my mice....But I belive they listen. :crazy02: I looked and checked on them when she left counting through the cage....I counted at least 7 babies. *tear* :cry:
