Question about 2nd Clutches...

CornCrazy

What's one more???
Last year I had a female snow corn surprise me with a second clutch. Unfortunately, all of the eggs were infertile. My question is...After a corn lays a clutch of eggs, when should she be introduced to a male again?

I start introducing the pair about 2-3 weeks after the female layed her first clutch...but only if she is still in good condition ! I would rather have a second clutch of infertile eggs than a dead breeder female. And as a side note, I did have 1 female, 3 years ago, actually lay a third clutch (infertile, but on schedule - about 8 weeks after her second clutch).
