question about butters

tradernick

Just another Florida guy
I have a caramel male. Is it true that paired with an amel female they might produce butters?

Nick

They would only produce butters if the caramel was het for amel and the amel was het for caramel. However, if you do breed those two together, you would get all normals het for butter. You would then breed two of those together, and then you would get butters.

Actually the Caramel I have is supposed to be Het for Amel, so that would give me options. Thanks info.
Nick

I prefer a proven breeder but would consider one of breeding age. I don't want to wait for a baby to grow.
