Okeetees (the way most people mean it) are normals selectively bred to have a certain look to them. The orange background, broad black borders, and red saddles are the desired looks for the Okeetee. If you take an Okeetee and breed it with an amel, you can't expect all of the babies to have the Okeetee look. However, if you get some that do look like Okeetees, breed a pair of those together and you're likely to get a reverse Okeetee or two out of the pairing. You'll also get some regular amels probably.
