Snow Male~Whitey

The white one was a rescue as a snow... The pink on was bought from a breeder as a snow. What's the difference... PS I'm a ball girl some I'm guessing it's genetic. Those who know corn snakes well, please tell me. Threw the butter in for fun.
Thanks
Nikki

He is probably a Coral Snow (amel anery hypo) He is really pink so he may have some strawberry influence breeding trials would be needed to tell. The White snow is a amel anery genetically thats why they are different.

Nice butter by the way I have a hybrid 25% black rat 25% white side rat 50% butter corn and she is one my favorite snakes with the best attitude.

Thanks I was thinking coral snow or strawberry, but I don't have the corn snake experience to tell. Anyways I love these lil snakes they are awesome and a cool project to get into. Thanks Again for the input.

My butter rattles and tries to bite me any time... Anyone else is not a problem.... She is not a fan of me.... but is dealing with it.

I can't tell if it's the lighting or the actual snake... The yellow would make it a snow. But I can't see a single saddle on him. Which would be more of a blizzard. o_O I hope my snow turns out that white. :D

And to confuse you even more... Not all Coral snows have hypo! They can be selectively bred to be pink. Genetically they are no different from an average snow (Amel Anery). Though they look quite different. You have to do breeding trials to know for sure if your snake has hypo or not. But it does look like a nice Coral Snow!

The second Snow's lack of pattern makes me think it's a Blizzard. Though it could just be the lighting in the photo. Since I can see more pattern in the shady areas.

I was thinking the same, yet I have never seen a Blizzard with yellow. They're always almost completely white.

It's also now thought that hypo (hypomelanism type "A") has nothing to do with with making a coral snow a "coral" snow ;)

It's a snow, if you look at the right of the picture in a fold of a sheet, you can see the corns markings..it does have markings.
