You can either use a digital camera and put the picture right onto your computer, or you can use a regular camera and then scan the pictures onto a computer. Doesn't matter which, as long as the picture ends up in digital form. If you don't have access to a digicam, you can probably find a public computer lab around that has a scanner, especially if you're a college student.

Since my digital camera is a really cheap one, I get better results with my good 35mm camera. I have it processed and get the Kodak CD, use either their software or another photo software, save my pics in My Documents, and then just get them out using the below Attach file. You just have to make sure the size is small enough.
