Questions about moving

I'm moving this weekend. It's not far at all (2 miles) so I figure I don't have to worry about overheating (especially in this weather and obviously he wouldn't be tucked in the back of a truck). But my questions are really just about minimizing stress during and after the move.

  • For such a short/quick move, I assume that leaving him in his tank is fine?
  • Normally I'd feed him today. Should I give it an extra few days after moving to let him adjust?
  • Anything to consider if he started going into blue yesterday/today?
  • Anything else?

I'd just wait to move the snake until you were ready to pull out of the driveway, and that way it's no more than a 5-10 minute drive... I'd personally go ahead and offer food once a few hours have passed. Sounds like you can make this move quite easy!
