Boaphile Plastics make a wide variety of racks and modular cage systems, though I personally have not yet purchased or used one to give a review.

I highly recommend Animal Plastics as well, we recently got one of their Economy plastic racks and just love it.

Jason will make them with Belly heat. He will specialize in just about any way with his it seems. I have never used a rack with belly heat though. I have always used back heat and had great success with the digestion , health and comfort of my animals so I have stuck with it.
