I tried, but mine was the most evil creature I ever kept. She was poised to strike as soon as I would enter the room! Is that typical?

They have a nice looking one at my local herp store right now... $119 as an adult. Very nice looking snake. I am always tempted.

On average, yes....they are known for being a bit on the jumpy side. However there are nice ones out there....this girl is BP tame, I don't even have to hook her out...she'll only eat once my hand has left the cage...it's pretty amusing.
