Evening everybody!

A couple of years back my then 13 year old bought me a hermit crab for Christmas because it had a Superman painted shell. He brought it home and gave it to me Christmas morning after hiding it in his closet for two days, poor little thing. It was in this tiny plastic box and being a larger crab, he took up about half of the floor area. This little crab turned out to be a boon. In researching and setting up a suitable little home for "Clark" I soon discovered that I was having a really good time doing this. Fast forward seventh months and I have 4 hefty crabs (Clark, Chloe, Bruce, & Oliver) and a 29 gallon long.

I then started wondering what other small animals I might like to give a home, inevitably leading to corn snakes. Thanks to everybody here, and a heavy amount of lurking, "Maharet" has been here for almost a year now.

Here she is coming out from underneath a wet paper towel after a shed (looking mighty pleased with herself it seems). My local pet store, who I was real familiar with by that point in time, had her labeled as a Creamsicle and I am just guessing as to her gender.

This is her as of two weeks ago waiting for me to pick her up and take her out for dinner (67 gm at last feeding).

So, needless, to say I am enjoying the process of taking care of her too. All of which leads to today, in which I sent out payment for a hatchling Blizzard male to Drizzt80 (PG10095 on his page, didn't think I should post the picture without permission!). He'll be here next week and he's got a house ready for him because Maharet isn't giving up hers!
