Rep Power????

Yeah, I am real sorry about that. Most of the time when I am posting I am in a hurry. I will try to slow down and proof read my posts.

An update on rep points.

I just received my first negative rep points :cry: and the person who took them had a rep power of 8 but was only able to take 4 points from me. I had posted earlier in this thread that the rep power you have was what you could give and or take from someone. It looks like you can give the equal amount of your rep power but can take only half.
 
I am sorry for waht has happened, but i can not give you anymore rep points it says i have to give to someone else first. :cheers:

Thanks anyhow Mangrove but I was just posting this new information not looking for someone to replace the points that were taken. :)

Sounds good i jsut want this whole thing cleared up, maby someone should contact rich to put an end to this?? :shrugs:

There seems to be someone who is giving out negative rep points. Mangrove attempted to give me some for the ones the other had taken from me.
 
I got all that...I was just curious what was so important to contact Rich...

If it was through inappropriate action...Rich usually catches it pretty quick...and if not...rep points have a way of working themselves out...if someone is running around giving a bunch of negatives...he will end up with NONE before very long...at least in my experience...you see it at fauna all the time.

Who is it BTW??

Anyone I know?

Yeah didn’t mean to confuse just check earlier posts, it will clarify it, cornman gave allot of bad points for no reason. Hope that cleared it up
 
Ok everyone...silly question.

Since I was reading this thread I figured I would check out my "rep power" since it says 6 and I have one square, but have no clue where they came from! LOL

Anyway, where in user CP do you click to see that info? I'll admit I have been sick today so I am a little slow...but I didn't think I had gone blind too!

Just click the USER CP tab at the top...

It should be right there...
The box can be minimized...so if you see LATEST REPUTATION RECEIVED and nothing...click the blue arrow on the right...inside that box...it should open up the reputation field.
 
Accorrding to your green dot you are "off the scale", which means you haven't received any points from other members. The 6 power points came from the length of your membership and the number of posts that you've made.
